Job Title: Tik Tok Customer Service Associate
Job Type: Full-time / Remote
Work Hours: US Hours (TBD)
Our client is looking for a Tik Tok Customer Service Associate to maintain customer satisfaction while adhering to brand policies and procedures. In this role, you will serve as the firsthand connection to customers, responding to and resolving all inquiries while contributing to overall brand satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:- Respond to all inquiries for the Tik Tok customers through the Seller Center Platform
- Escalate any complaints or necessary inquires to the Director
- Manage and Monitor all Tik Tok Return Requests
- Manage and Monitor all Tiktok Orders and fulfillments
- Maintain brand knowledge and products via trainings
- Provide excellent customer service while striving for 100% satisfaction and brand retention
- At least 2 years of experience with tiktok customer service
- Familiarity with tiktok seller center platform
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly empathic, patient, and skilled in de-escalating
