Vice City is looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional experiences at live fundraising events while serving as a direct point of contact between the public and the charitable organizations we support.

Responsibilities- Engage directly with event attendees. Answer questions and share information about the charitable organizations we represent with confidence and professionalism.
- Provide a high level of customer support by addressing inquiries clearly, handling concerns respectfully, and ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Participate in daily team meetings and interactive training workshops to stay aligned on campaign messaging, company updates, and personal development goals.
- Keep up to date with new services, programs, and event details to provide accurate and current information to the public.
- Assist with any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management to help ensure smooth event operations and team success.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- You’ll need a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work full-time on-site, including during weekends or special events as needed.
- Willingness to learn quickly and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor when interacting with the public.
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, fundraising, hospitality, or public relations is beneficial, but not required.
