Salary Range: $20.00 per hour + monthly bonus
Hayt, Hayt & Landau (HHL) is seeking a professional, motivated Collections Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service and help consumers resolve past-due accounts through clear communication, education, and respectful problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls as a Collections Customer Service Representative working to resolve accounts
- Educate customers on available payment options and negotiate appropriate payment arrangements in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Update account information and document all activity accurately
- Meet performance and collections goals in a fast-paced call center environment
- Excellent phone communication and negotiation skills, ability to overcome obstacles and focus on positive solutions
- Maintain a positive attitude, work well in a team, and show a willingness to learn. Be coachable and open to feedback to continuously improve individual and team performance
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and experience as a Customer Service Representative or Collections Representative preferred
- Professional, calm, and empathetic approach
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
- Comfortable handling high-volume calls
- Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and motivated to succeed
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in collections preferred but not required
- MS Office (word, excel)
- CRM applications (Customer Relationship Management)
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred but not required
- Friday 8:30-5:30 pm
Compensation details: 17-20 Hourly Wage
