Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative/Insurance Agent located in Hialeah, FL. The Customer Service Representative/Insurance Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support. Day-to-day tasks include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing insurance claims, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services, assisting customers with policy changes, and providing guidance on insurance options.

• Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
