Part- Time Receptionist

Maus Nissan of New Port Richey is currently seeking a Part‑Time Receptionist to become an integral part of our team. We are a rapidly growing automotive group in the greater Tampa Bay area.

• Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
• Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front‑desk area
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and internal correspondence
• Support dealership departments as needed with clerical or customer‑facing tasks
• Uphold dealership standards for customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality

• Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient with basic computer systems (email, phone systems, Microsoft Office)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including evenings or Saturdays if required

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to use standard office equipment
• Ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone
