Front Desk Receptionist-Dental

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Front Office Receptionist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while managing front‑desk responsibilities, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and supporting daily office operations. 2+ YEARS DENTAL EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!!!

• Greet patients and create a welcoming environment
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Confirm appointments and manage patient calendars
• Verify dental insurance and patient information
• Collect payments and process transactions
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Assist with billing and administrative tasks
• Communicate effectively with patients and dental staff
• Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous dental office experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with dental software is a plus
