Join Clear Choice Dental Implant Centers as a Surgical Dental Assistant. Ready to make a real impact? As a surgical dental assistant, you’ll support our oral surgeons and prosthodontists during life‑changing dental implant procedures in a patient‑centered environment.
Job Type: Full‑time •
Salary: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)

- Provide chairside assistance to oral surgeons and prosthodontists during surgical and implant procedures
- Anticipate clinician needs and maintain a clear, organized treatment area
- Assist with administration and documentation of local anesthesia, nitrous sedation, and IV sedation procedures
- Ensure patient comfort, monitor well‑being, and educate them on pre‑ and post‑operative care
- Prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments and surgical trays, following strict infection control protocols
- Take dental x‑rays and prepare materials for impressions, as directed
- Assist with medical clearances and patient record management
- Support office operations by scheduling, greeting patients, and managing supplies when needed
- Collaborate closely with the surgical and prosthetic teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Previous experience as a surgical assistant (required)
- Valid certifications that meet applicable state requirements
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle surgical instruments with precision
- Self‑starter mentality with excellent focus on patient safety and care
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
