- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any subject (copy of diploma or completed transcript)
- Three or more years of K-12th grade teaching experience
- Special skills, knowledge, or expertise that qualifies you to provide instruction in K-12th grade subjects (provide documentation such as certifications, professional development, curriculum training, etc.). Pre-K experience and certifications would not meet this requirement.

Position Summary: Potential Christian Academy is seeking a dedicated and faith-driven Elementary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about educating young learners academically, spiritually, and socially within a Christ-centered environment. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive classroom culture, and integrating biblical principles into daily instruction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards and the school’s Christian values
- Create a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment conducive to learning
- Integrate biblical teachings and Christian worldview into all subject areas
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Encourage spiritual growth through prayer, scripture, and Christ-centered discussions
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field (required)
- Valid teaching certification (preferred, depending on state requirements)
- Experience teaching at the elementary level (preferred)
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A personal commitment to the Christian faith and alignment with the school’s mission
- Ability to integrate faith and learning effectively

Position Summary: Potential Christian Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Math Teacher for the school year to inspire students in grades 6–8 to develop strong mathematical skills and critical thinking abilities within a Christ-centered learning environment. The ideal candidate will integrate biblical principles with academic instruction while creating engaging lessons that challenge and support students at varying skill levels.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging math instruction for middle school students (Grades 6–8) aligned with curriculum standards.
- Teach core math concepts such as pre-algebra, algebraic reasoning, fractions, ratios, problem solving, and mathematical reasoning.
- Create lesson plans, assessments, and activities that promote critical thinking and real-world application of math skills.
