-6 p.m., Monday-Friday. Our classrooms range in age from 8-week-old infants through Pre-K.
Seeking Creative, Interactive, Dedicated and Loving Educators! We are seeking early childhood professionals who have previous teaching experience and some knowledge in early childhood with a willingness to learn the Reggio Emilia Approach. Lead Teachers should have some knowledge of child development and be committed to work among Orlando's best educators for young children.
Early Childhood lead teachers will create loving and dynamic learning environments which help support each child and meet them where they are in their current development. Must be willing to learn and grow and a love for children is a must.
Lead Teacher Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other ECLC teachers & supervisor
- Create Lesson plans that are based on the children's interest and provide intentional learning experiences
- Set up classrooms that are playful, loving and support creative thinking using a variety of materials
- Communicate daily with parents about the children's experiences and progress
- Document learning to show evidence of development and growth
Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least one year of Early Childhood Teaching experience
- Some Knowledge of Child Development & Best Practices in Early Childhood Education
- Positive and effective interpersonal communication skills
- DCF 45 hours
- Current CPR certification and basic first aid training
