About the Role:

The Simulator & Ground Flight Instructor plays a crucial role in the training and development of pilots and aviation professionals. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in both simulator environments and ground school settings, ensuring that students acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to operate aircraft safely and effectively. The instructor will develop and implement training programs that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements, fostering a comprehensive understanding of aviation principles.

By providing constructive feedback and assessments, the instructor will help students refine their flying techniques and decision‑making abilities. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to produce competent and confident pilots who are prepared for real‑world flying challenges.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid flight instructor certificate with appropriate ratings.
  • Significant flight experience, including a minimum number of flight hours as required by regulatory authorities.
  • Strong understanding of aviation regulations and safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in using flight simulation software and equipment.
  • Previous teaching or instructional experience in an aviation‑related field.
  • Additional certifications or ratings, such as multi‑engine or instrument instructor.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct simulator training sessions for students, focusing on various flight scenarios and emergency procedures.
  • Deliver ground school instruction covering aviation theory, regulations, and safety protocols.
