This full‑time position is scheduled Monday – Friday 8a
-5p. The pay is $18 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This is an onsite role at our center location:

Preschool Floater Teacher works with the lead and/or co‑teacher to plan and implement curriculum for their classroom, serves as a model and mentor, and coordinates engaging developmental activities for children. You’ll have the chance to build a dynamic classroom environment, create fun‑filled learning activities, and support children’s growth and success in all age groups throughout the center.
The Preschool Floater Teacher should have high energy and work well with staff, students, and parents.
What You’ll Do:- Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
- Lead by example and encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching
- Plan individual and group‑appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
- Follow all program policies and state regulations
- Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement
- Plan individual and group age‑appropriate exercises to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
- Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by creating classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
- High School Diploma or GED required
- FL DCF 45‑hour training required

- Minimum of 1 year of professional early childhood education or experience preferred
- Must clear a full level II DCF background check
- Strong understanding of children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where students are engaged and encouraged to succeed
