We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and energetic VPK Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports each child’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth while ensuring compliance with Florida’s VPK standards.

• Plan and implement High Scope-inspired lessons aligned with the Florida VPK Education Standards
  .
• Create and maintain a positive, structured classroom environment that promotes independence, collaboration, and learning through play.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress using authentic assessment tools.
• Foster strong, supportive relationships with families through regular communication, conferences, and updates.
• Collaborate with colleagues and administration to ensure a consistent, high-quality educational experience for all students.
• Maintain classroom organization, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.

• Must meet Florida Department of Education VPK Teacher Requirements
  , including one of the following:
  • Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC or equivalent)
  • Florida Staff Credential and completion of the Department of Education VPK training modules
• High school diploma or higher required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience working with preschool-age children.
• Knowledge of the High Scope Curriculum or willingness to be trained.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Passion for early education and a genuine love for working with young children.
