• Instill a love of learning in children and bring Aha moments through dynamic curriculum.
• Plan and deliver engaging, hands‑on lessons that adhere to licensing standards.
• Communicate regularly with parents using our classroom tablet and Parent Engagement App.
• Collaborate with team members to develop lesson plans and maintain a high‑quality learning environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentor support to further professional development.

• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• Prior experience implementing hands‑on curriculum and maintaining licensing standards.
• Ability to communicate and build partnerships with parents, staff, and the community.
• Friendly, team‑player, and able to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Lead teachers must hold required credentials; CDA, Associate Degree, or BA in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
