City Year seeks Ameri Corps Members to serve full-time in public schools, supporting students' academic and social-emotional growth. In this education-focused role, you'll provide tutoring, mentor students, assist in classrooms, and lead small-group interventions. You'll collaborate with school staff and a diverse team to create a positive learning environment. Responsibilities

• Provide in-class and small group academic support to students
• Offer one-on-one tutoring and mentoring focused on student growth
• Support students' social-emotional development and positive behavior
• Collaborate with teachers to implement data-informed interventions
• Assist with planning and leading after-school and enrichment programs
• Help coordinate and participate in school-wide events and initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance for reporting
• Engage families and school staff to support student success
• Participate in regular training, coaching, and leadership development
• Model City Year's values of service, inclusion, and social justice
