Halff is looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer for our Water & Wastewater Utilities team in our Tavares, FL office. The position will be for a General Civil Engineer interested in Water & Wastewater Utility projects including pipeline and facility modeling, planning, process design and construction. • Design civil engineering projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer. Support Water & Wastewater Utility projects including pipeline and facility modeling, planning, process design, and construction.
• Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for Water & Wastewater projects; perform drafting CAD work.
• Perform calculations and analysis for design projects.
• Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents.
• Coordinate with other team members, including surveyors, architects, and contractors.
• Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Water & Wastewater Utility projects and Water and/or Wastewater Treatment Design.
• Passed the FE exam.
• Experience with Micro Station and/or AutoCAD preferred.
• Desired experience with Civil 3D, ArcGIS, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, Info Water.
• Great communication skills.
• Solid relationship and team building skills.
• Self‑motivated and strong organization skills.
