We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented person that can join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and students in our Jensen Beach location.
Position OverviewIdeal candidate exhibits high energy, enjoys working with kids, and values safety, fun, a growth mindset, connections, and passion.
Schedule & Hours- Part‑time; requires standing, walking alongside the pool deck and gymnastics floor area and throughout the facility.
- Tuesdays: 9:00 am‑1:00 pm or 3:00 pm‑7:00 pm
- Wednesdays: 9:00 am‑1:00 pm or 3:00 pm‑7:00 pm
- Thursdays: 9:00 am‑1:00 pm or 3:00 pm‑7:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:30 am‑2:00 pm
- Advocate for a fun environment and maintain a professional first impression of the company.
- Greet and welcome families; communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Love kids and enjoy interacting with them, demonstrating adaptability and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced atmosphere.
- Maintain a growth‑mindset approach to inform and educate customers about the swim and gymnastics programs.
- Assist clients with scheduling trials, lessons, answering inquiries, and collecting tuition, ensuring children receive correct classes.
- Guide purchases to increase enrollment, registration, and sale transactions.
- Educate and inform customers and prospective customers on current or new services available.
- Build professional connections with customers and students, learning how to better assist them.
- Coordinate with the Gymnastics Manager and Aquatics Manager to organize a safe flow of the front desk area and monitor entry and exit for swim and gymnastics lessons.
- During idle times conduct facility walk‑throughs to ensure cleanliness throughout the facility at all times (checking floors, bathrooms, changing rooms, and ensuring supplies are stocked).
- Utilize computer software to register new members, maintain accurate records, and collect tuition.
- Coordinate with team members for smooth shift transitions and achieving quarterly goals.
- Ad hoc duties: clean bathroom and changing room area, clean pool deck and gymnastics equipment, organize the front desk area, and use the Emergency Action Plan to clean particles from pools, floors, and changing rooms.
- Some college education preferred.
- Two years of customer service experience and/or sales preferred.
- Experience working directly with children aged 6 months to 9 years.
- Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs without restrictions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Willingness to pass a drug screen.
- Part‑time hours (less than 32 hours per week).
- Pay: $14.50 per hour.
- PTO available even for part‑time employees after one year.
- Paid holidays after one year.
- Free swim lessons after the first full quarter.
