Consultant with FICO certification is preferable

Basic Knowledge on Vendor, Services & Material master, knowledge of Procurement to Payment cycle, Processing of Invoice in SAP, Selection of Correct direct and indirect taxes. Integration with Materials Management (MM) module. Good to have knowledge on Vendor invoice management (VIM) which includes the process from scanning of invoice to posting of the same.

Basic knowledge on Customer master. Processing of Sales invoice in SAP. Integration with Sales & Distribution Module (SD)

Knowledge on Asset Accounting including Acquisition, transfer, retirement, scrap and sales of asset. Effect of posting in different depreciation areas, use of depreciation keys, depreciation run cycle. Integration of asset accounting with Project Systems module (PS), analyze impact due to business requirements such asset componentization, transferring assets with different acquisition date and provide solution for the same.

Monitoring the payment cycle in SAP, Receipts and Payments related to Customers and Vendors respectively, Automatic & Manual Bank Reconciliation process, Interfaces with various banks through SAP.

Knowledge of Section wise tax codes in direct taxation and its effect in SAP, Generation of reports for filing of tax returns. Should have knowledge on Indirect Taxation. Liaising with the Accounts and Finance team in executing the indirect tax reports and filing of the same. Working knowledge on the new compliances eg. GST, E-Invoicing, Dynamic QR Code, TDS 194Q, TDS 206AB, TCS 206

CCA etc.

Management of Budget, Upload and Transfer of budget, Upload of budget from ABP, resolving all budget related issues in SAP, maintenance of Funds deriver.

Integration of FI with other SAP-based ERP modules like MM, HR, PM, SD.

Understanding of business processes and convert the same into system requirement (standard / custom).

Prepare End user training Document and provide the training to end users.

Carry out Functional testing and Integration Testing.
