** WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

* The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for leading the financial strategy, planning, and management across all business units: the Hotel, Event Center, Country Club. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the CFO provides financial leadership and discipline to support the company’s strategic initiatives, long-term growth, and profitability. This role oversees the Finance Team and is accountable for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, audit compliance, and capital planning.#

**** Key Responsibilitie****
* **** Financial Leadership & Strategy****  + Lead the development and execution of financial strategies to support company-wide goals, including multi-year planning, capital investment, and risk management.  + Partner with the CSO and executive leadership to align financial planning with organizational strategy and business transformation initiatives.  + Provide insight and recommendations on operational performance, strategic investments, pricing models, and margin improvement.
* **** Financial Operations Oversight****  + Oversee all core finance functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and treasury.  + Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance summaries.  + Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit standards.  + Responsible for tax filing compliance including timely and accurate year end supporting schedules and documents for tax return filings.
* **** Business Unit Financial Support****  + Lead financial oversight and support for the Hotel, Event Center, and Country Club operations.  + Collaborate with general managers and operational leads to evaluate P&L performance, labor modeling, and revenue/cost efficiencies.  + Deliver actionable financial insights to drive profitability and informed decision-making at the unit level.
* **** Capital & Asset Management****  + Manager capital planning, debt structuring, and investment prioritization aligned with strategic growth and ROI targets.  + Oversee fixed asset tracking, depreciation, and long-range financial modeling for facility enhancements and infrastructure projects.
* **** Team Leadership & Development****  + Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Finance Team with a strong focus on collaboration, accuracy, and business partnership.  + Promote a culture of financial transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.  + Partner cross-functionally with all departments.

* Qualifications:

***** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA or CPA designation strongly preferred).
* 6+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in hospitality, real estate, or multi-unit business environments.
* Deep understanding of hotel and club accounting principles, revenue modeling, and capital-intensive operations is preferred.
* Proficiency in financial systems, business intelligence tools, and financial planning software.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
* Experience leading financial teams in a complex, service-oriented organization.
