We are seeking a full-time Debt Collector with experience in collections.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 hourly plus bonus. Total compensation potential: $37,440 - $65,000

Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls for past-due accounts.
- Keep track of all accounts in your route.
- Negotiate outstanding debts and plan a course of action to recover payments.
- Address questions and complaints in a professional manner.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws governing the debt collection industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Basic math and computer literacy skills.
- Professionalism and the ability to build rapport with consumers.
- Foster teamwork and cooperation.
- Preferred - previous experience in debt collection, outbound call center, telemarketing, or related fields.
- Successfully pass a background check.
- Work setting:
Call center. - Schedule:
8-hour shift;
Monday to Thursday 9 am – 6 pm;
Friday 8 am – 5 pm. No nights or weekends. - Location:
In-office, full-time (no remote work). - Supplemental pay types:
Monthly Bonus Pay.
