Taylor Morrison Inc. is seeking a Post Closer - Government Insurer to audit and ship delegated Government Insurer closed loan files to the appropriate agency. You will ensure FHA/VA closing requirements are met and that files are complete for timely endorsement.
You will review underwriting final approval, identify missing or incorrect documents, coordinate with title, builders, buyers and colleagues, and prepare documentation in FHA/VA guidelines using FHA Connection or WebLGY.
