Speech Language Pathologist

• The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will be performing therapies, recording the notes of each visit, and following up with their patients
• The SLP will be empowered to build their schedule and maintain it
• The SLP will be given the tools (software/program, i.e., Clinic Source) to facilitate the secretarial needs of their schedules (i.e., confirming appointments), and will be expected to have computer and smartphone literacy for this reason
• Traveling will be expected, as we also offer services not only at our offices but at the daycare centers and schools in the surrounding areas
• The SLP may supervise an SLPA, which will require to meet at least once a month and work on therapy strategies

• M.S. or M.A. in Communications Disorders, or a similar degree
• SLP License from the State of Florida
• ASHA CCC is encouraged but not required

• English speaking
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Computer literacy
• Smartphone literacy

• At least 1 year working with children

• Employ therapy proficiently
• Maintain a consistent roster of patients
• Organize your schedule
• Use the software and programs provided
• Work with the patient's parents/guardians
