The Hale Hand Center is a highly respected and established group of outpatient orthopedic clinics located in Melbourne and Rockledge, Florida. We specialize in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, and our team of Certified Hand Therapists (CHTs) represents the highest level of professional training in treating the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. In addition to hand therapy, we proudly provide comprehensive Physical Therapy services.

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our Rockledge team.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess physical condition, limitations, and symptoms
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing individualized treatment plans
• Teaching patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and other interventions to promote healing
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and ongoing care strategies

Practice Setting

• Outpatient Orthopedics & Physical Medicine
• Part-time hours

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Florida Physical  Therapist license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset
