Director of Clinical Operations

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Operations home based in US.

• Important point of contact for the platform’s clinical studies and study level escalation
• Scheduling staff to ensure proper coverage of patients and overseeing the productivity of your team to meet the organization’s expectations.
• Define policies and procedures, facilitating further training when necessary.
• Assess the performance of the medical team under your supervision regularly and mainstream processes when possible.
• Offer operational knowledge regarding cost estimates, timeliness, and feasibility, During the establishment of a therapeutic program or study.
• Provide high-quality operational deliverables on schedule, and be responsible for making sure that clinical research teams in the clinical program(s) use the same procedures and methods.
• Compliance to the ICH-GCP guidelines, the applicable processes (i.e., policies, SOPs, instructions), and the regulatory requirements

• Bachelor degree in life-science
• Min 10 years experience within a CRO, Pharma, or Biotech company
• PMP or equivalent certification desirable
• Experience in commercial studies
• Experience in clinical studies phase II-III
• Fluent English
• Excellent communication skills
