Physical Therapy Medical ReceptionistFull Time - Royal Palm Beach, FL, US
Salary Range: $14.00 To $15.00 Hourly
Gold Coast Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time medical receptionist for our Royal Palm Beach location. Candidates pursuing education in physical therapy, medical assisting or health administration are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Collect patient responsibility payments (copays, coinsurance, deductibles) at time of service
- Accurately enter and update patient demographic and insurance information in EMR system
- Schedule, confirm and manage patient appointments
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff regarding patient scheduling and needs
- Work closely with insurance and billing departments at HQ to address patient account needs and resolve issues
Must be able to work within the hours of operation:
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
All applicants must successfully complete a Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida House Bill 531 (2025) and applicable state regulations. Candidates must meet all AHCA screening requirements prior to employment:
