Med Pro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Lehigh Acres, Florida.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing referred patients, administering treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating patients and families. Key duties include:

• Developing a plan of care for each patient.
• Providing skilled interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assessing patient needs, evaluating and modifying care to meet goals.
• Collaborating with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE passing.
• Graduate of an accredited program.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or active in licensure application.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other client-specific requirements as determined.
