Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Evaluate and treat patients in home settings
- Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care professions
- Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
