Phlebotomist – Patient Service Center
We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Patient Service Center. The selected candidate will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collection, and be the face of the company. The role offers opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.
Work ScheduleEvery Saturday from 7:00am–11:00am;
Monday‑Friday, as needed – variable schedule (not to work more than 19 hours in a week).
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
- Enter patient data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process billing information and collect payments when required.
- Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
- Provide superior customer service to all patients.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
- Travel to additional sites when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Phlebotomy certification, completed training program, or at least 3 months experience as a phlebotomist.
- One year or more of phlebotomy experience.
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must be from an accredited agency.
- Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Exceptionally strong customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation.
- Employees eligible for the PST Incentive Plan may receive a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

- Employees scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible for all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
