Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - ABA Center

Central Florida Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at a partner ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) center in Winter Garden. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, child-focused environment and make a meaningful difference in the lives of pediatric clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist in developing and executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's goals and needs
- Document therapy sessions, progress, and updates in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Support and educate families on therapeutic exercises and home activity programs
- Stay informed about current best practices and advancements in occupational therapy, particularly within pediatric and ABA settings
- Current Florida licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Associate's degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program
- Prior experience in a clinical or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Passion for working with children and supporting their developmental progress
