At SYNERGY Home Care of Seminole, we're looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional in-home care to seniors and individuals who wish to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Service Area:
Seminole, Florida.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Accompany clients to their appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support (Offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections)
• Follow care plans and agency protocols.

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Current CPR certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred)
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Recent TB Test Results.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Must have strong communication skills.
