Registered Dietitian (RD) - Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Join the Oak Haven Rehab and Nursing Center Team
Located in Auburndale, Florida
, Oak Haven Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Dietitians (RD) to join our team in both full-time and part-time roles within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / long-term care setting. These positions offer the opportunity to provide individualized nutrition care that supports resident health, recovery, and quality of life.

- Conduct nutritional assessments for residents in the SNF setting
- Develop, implement, and update individualized nutrition care plans
- Provide nutrition counseling and education to residents, families, and staff
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and dietary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Document assessments, progress notes, and updates according to regulatory standards
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and SNF dietary regulations
- Support food service operations to maintain quality, safety, and resident satisfaction
- Full-time RD: coverage includes two additional facilities as needed
- Part-time RD: provide 24 hours per week of dietetic coverage
- Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) in good standing
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- Prior SNF or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diets
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Resident-centered approach to care
