Choice Health At Home is seeking a Regional Occupational Therapist (OT) for its Altamonte Springs, FL home health branch. The clinician will assess and plan care for patients of all ages, coordinate with care teams, and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance.
Requirements include a valid OT license, CPR, and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance. Prior Home Care Home Base experience is preferred; lifting up to 100 lbs may be required. This is a full-time opportunity with benefits.
