Lake Eustis Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Eustis, Florida, is seeking a motivated PRN Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The PT will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to promote independence and mobility.
The role requires an active Florida PT license, at least 1 year of experience in skilled nursing/long-term care, and the ability to educate residents and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
