• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance.
• Support safe resident transfers
  , including lifting, positioning, and mobility assistance using proper techniques.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or mental status to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
  , including changing linens, ensuring personal spaces are tidy, and promoting hygiene.
• Deliver compassionate companionship and emotional support to residents, creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
• Assist during recreational activities to encourage engagement, social interaction, and physical activity.
• Monitor and assist with dietary needs
  , ensuring residents are hydrated and have their nutritional needs met.
• Accurately document care activities
  , including daily logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans and ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida.
• Dedication to improving residents’ quality of life with a professional and caring attitude

• Strong teamwork and communication skills to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, or assisted living environment (preferred but not required).
