Vytalyze Minds Corp is seeking experienced Florida-licensed clinicians to join our growing behavioral health team. This is a hybrid opportunity for therapists who are prepared to maintain a consistent caseload within a structured, supportive, and collaborative clinical environment.
Position OverviewProvide high-quality individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, and other mental health conditions. We welcome clinicians with diverse therapeutic approaches and clinical backgrounds.
Work Schedule:- Hybrid schedule with in-office availability preferred approximately two days per week.
- Flexible scheduling, with afternoon, evening, or weekend availability strongly preferred.
- Consistent referral stream to support caseload development.
- Telehealth services may be provided when clinically appropriate and permitted by the applicable payer.
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy within the clinician’s scope of competence.
- Maintain an active, dependable, and consistent caseload.
- Complete progress notes, treatment plans, reassessments, and discharge documentation accurately and on time.
- Monitor clinical progress, safety concerns, and treatment outcomes.
- Coordinate care with psychiatric providers and the multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Follow HIPAA, ethical, payer, credentialing, and organizational requirements.
- Participate in clinical consultations and required meetings.
- Active and unrestricted Florida license as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related mental health field.
- Strong clinical, documentation, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical and administrative teams.
- Active NPI and CAQH profile, or willingness to complete credentialing requirements.
- Ability to complete required background screening and compliance training.
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
- Experience with children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families.
- Experience working in an insurance-based behavioral health setting.
- Afternoon, evening, or Saturday availability.
- Competitive per-session compensation of $45-$65 based on qualifications, services, and experience.
- Administrative, scheduling, credentialing, and billing support.
- Established referral network.
