As a Mental Health Clinician at My Tribe Counseling and Coaching, you will play a vital role in supporting clients on their journey to mental well-being. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, group, or family counseling sessions tailored to clients’ needs.
• Developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
• Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify mental health challenges.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
• Collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

We’re seeking candidates who are not only skilled but also share our commitment to creating a supportive and welcoming environment for clients. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a mental health counseling or related role.
• A strong understanding of mental health principles and counseling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Relevant licensure or certification (if applicable).
