Dietary Aide Full Time $15-$17/Hour Prior Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Required Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team at North Beach Rehabilitation Center, a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation care in North Miami Beach, Florida. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the dietary needs of our residents are met, while maintaining a clean and safe food service environment.

As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to our residents, while working closely with our culinary team to maintain high-quality food service standards. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring that our residents receive the nutrition they need to recover and thrive. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in food preparation, sanitation, and customer service.

• Assist with meal preparation and food service to residents
• Maintain a clean and safe food service environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Restock supplies and equipment as needed
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food service standards
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and families
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
