Assists patients with menu selections and meal service based on the physician-ordered diet parameters.

• Assist patients with menu selections and meal service based on physician-ordered diet parameters.
• Assist with patient/guest satisfaction initiatives.
• Resolve, refer, and/or report service quality issues as appropriate.
• Assemble patient meal trays based on menu selections in compliance with dietary requirements and restrictions.
• Collaborate with assigned nursing units to enhance the patient experience.
• Receive and respond to phone calls regarding patient and guest meal orders.
• Maintain and document food preferences, diet orders and food allergies.
• Help patients to make menu selections that comply with their dietary requirements and restrictions.
• Ensure that patient meal process is completed in accordance with time expectations.

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
