Monte Sol Medical Centers LLC is looking for a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our growing team in West Palm Beach, FL! • Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with accuracy and patient comfort in mind
• Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient examinations and procedures
• Prepare and process lab specimens for testing and ensure proper handling and labeling
• Record and update patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical data in EMR systems
• Administer injections, medications, and immunizations as directed by clinical staff
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized clinical workspace in compliance with OSHA standards
• Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and provide exceptional front and back office support

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred
• Phlebotomy certification or demonstrated phlebotomy experience required
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, vital signs, and patient intake processes
• Excellent bedside manner with strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced medical office environment
• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary medical training preferred
