We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Patient Coordinator to be the friendly, professional voice of our medical office. In this role, you’ll ensure every patient has a seamless experience while supporting our providers and office operations. What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and emails with professionalism and care.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently, optimizing provider time and treatment room availability.
- Respond to patient inquiries, relay messages to providers, and ensure excellent communication across the team.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records, safeguarding personal and financial information.
- Keep patient accounts up-to-date by recording and managing personal and financial details.
- Follow office policies and procedures to maintain smooth operations and suggest improvements when needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to accomplish team goals and contribute to a positive, supportive office environment.
Requirements

- Exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with scheduling, word processing, and spreadsheets.

- Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- 1+ year of medical terminology knowledge.
- 1+ year of computer skills.
- eCW experience
- Required to pass a Level II background screening.
