Dining Room Manager - We Care Hospitality
Location: GG's Waterfront
The RoleGG's Waterfront, a premier Hollywood destination known for its fresh seafood, steak, and stunning views, is seeking an experienced and charismatic Dining Room Manager to elevate our guest experience and lead our service team.
As a key member of our management, you will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of hospitality and operational excellence. This is more than a job; it's a chance to manage a vibrant, high-volume fine dining environment where every night feels like a special occasion.
Key Responsibilities- Elevate the Guest
Experience:
Greet VIPs, manage the flow of service, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and genuine hospitality to ensure every diner has a memorable experience. - Team Leadership: Lead, train, and inspire our FOH team to perform at their best, focusing on service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily dining room operations, including opening/closing duties, reservations, seating management, and maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of our three dining rooms and waterfront patio.
- Financial & Administrative: Assist with staff scheduling, inventory control, labor cost management, and generating daily sales reports.
- Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between the front of house and the kitchen to ensure seamless, timely, and accurate food service.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in a high-volume, full-service, or fine dining restaurant environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and train a large service team.
- Extensive knowledge of FOH operations, including POS systems and reservation software (Resy/Tripleseat knowledge a plus).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a genuine passion for food, wine, and hospitality.
