Housekeeping Aide

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Housekeeping professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services. This position is essential in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel environment and possess skills in dry cleaning and laundering.

• Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens, towels, and other items according to established procedures.
• Manage the dry cleaning process for guests, ensuring items are handled with care and returned promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services within a hotel setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with dry cleaning processes and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
