Responsibilities Source, recruit, and screen qualified caregivers, including Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other direct care professionals.
Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of caregiver candidates to support staffing needs across multiple service areas.
Conduct interviews, pre-screenings, and recruitment appointments.
Build relationships with HHA schools, training programs, workforce agencies, and community organizations throughout the Tri-County area.
Represent the organization at job fairs, hiring events, networking functions, and community outreach initiatives.
Collaborate with operations, staffing, and clinical teams to understand hiring priorities and workforce demands.
Monitor recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records within applicable systems.
Assist candidates through the hiring and onboarding process to ensure a positive experience.
Promote employment opportunities through social media, referral programs, and community engagement efforts.
Travel throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties to support recruitment activities and workforce development initiatives.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one (1) year of recruiting, staffing, healthcare, sales, or community outreach experience preferred.
Experience recruiting caregivers, home health staff, or healthcare professionals is highly preferred.
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/applicant tracking systems.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Ability to travel regularly throughout the Tri-County area.
