Job Title: Human Resource Specialist
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Skill Bridge Internship (Up to 180 Days)
Eligibility Requirement: Active-duty U.S. military member within 180 days of separation, with command’s intent to approve participation in the DoD Skill Bridge Program for 90–180 days.

About the Role:
As a Human Resource Specialist at Elevait Solutions, you’ll support our people operations—from talent onboarding and compliance to employee engagement and HR systems management. You’ll ensure our HR processes run smoothly and foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and growth. This role is ideal for transitioning service members with experience in personnel management, administration, or leadership who are eager to apply those skills in a civilian environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and contractors
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS platforms
- Support HR compliance documentation, audits, and reporting
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
- Assist with policy development and implementation aligned with company values
- Provide HR support to remote team members across various time zones
- Monitor employment law updates and ensure internal compliance
- Facilitate performance review cycles, feedback sessions, and learning initiatives
What You’ll Learn:
