You will advise HR on risk mitigation, coach specialists, and manage case intake. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of Employee Relations experience and in-depth knowledge of employment laws.
This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. A JD or master's degree in a related field is required. Minimum salary is $110,000 and maximum is $140,000.
