March of Dimes is looking for a Temporary Sourcing & Recruiting Coordinator. This part-time position will support the Talent Acquisition team by identifying and engaging candidates, assisting with interview logistics, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has 1-3 years of relevant experience, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Approximately 20-25 hours per week for 3-6 months, with flexibility. This role offers a chance to enhance recruiting efforts during key periods of hiring.
