HR Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Generalist / Talent Management
Job Summary
This position leads HR policy harmonization and alignment with business strategies, directs talent acquisition, ensures legal compliance, and fosters employee development. The role collaborates with executives, manages HR staff, and oversees HR systems to support organizational goals.
Responsibilities- Develop and harmonize HR policies and procedures to manage and enhance departmental effectiveness.
- Advise management on disciplinary and performance issues, providing guidance on potential resolutions.
- Direct training and development initiatives, offering support and coaching to foster employee growth.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, overseeing responses to government and legal inquiries.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to maintain optimal staffing levels, managing recruitment and interviewing processes.
- Craft HR strategies for workforce planning, performance incentives, and succession planning in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate HR strategies and support organizational objectives.
- Supervise HR team members, overseeing hiring, training, and performance management within the HR job family.
- Manage the HR Information System to ensure data accuracy and integrity for informed decision‑making.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Maintain regular, punctual attendance; work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Understand and apply Comcast’s Operating Principles as guidelines for work.
- Put customers first and promote seamless digital experiences.
- Be enthusiastic learners, advocates of technology, products, and digital tools.
- Work collaboratively, supporting a culture of inclusion and teamwork.

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; extensive related professional experience may be considered.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in HR, talent management, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications (if applicable).
