• Experience resolving user access issues, troubleshooting software functionality, and providing technical training
• Experience with IT help desk ticketing systems, remote desktop support, and incident response
• Experience troubleshooting software issues, managing user access, and supporting cloud‑based IT applications
• Ability to provide technical support for IT management tools such as JIRA or Git Lab, ensuring users receive prompt issue resolution and training
• Associate’s degree in an Information Technology or Computer Science field and 3+ years of experience in IT support, or 5+ years of experience in IT support in lieu of a degree

• Ability to provide customer service and documentation
• Bachelor’s degree
• CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified:
  Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Certification

Salary range $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
