System Administrator (Windows & Dev Ops)
Compensation: 90. (Based on Experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a System Administrator with a strong background in Windows Server Administration, Power Shell scripting, and Dev Ops processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and securing Windows-based infrastructure, supporting in-house applications, and automating deployments in a Dev Ops pipeline environment.
This role requires an organized, detail-oriented professional who can follow directions, work independently, and participate in an on-call rotation.
Key Responsibilities Windows Server Administration: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows Server 2019 and related services.Power Shell Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline system administration tasks.Application Support: Provide technical support for in-house developed applications, preferably .NET-based.Azure Automation & Dev Ops: Deploy, manage, and optimize automation workflows in Azure.Code Deployment & CI/CD: Support Dev Ops pipelines for seamless deployment of applications.Security & Compliance: Identify, analyze, and remediate security vulnerabilities within the infrastructure.On-Call Rotation: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide after-hours support as needed.Required Skills & Experience
7 + years of experience in Windows Server Administration (2016/2019).Mid-Level Power Shell Scripting experience for automation and administration.Experience in Dev Ops deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and Azure Automation.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience remediating security vulnerabilities in Windows environments.Ability to follow structured processes and documentation.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.Preferred Skills & Nice-to-Have Experience
Supporting .NET applications built by an in-house development team.Experience with Azure services and cloud-based automation.Familiarity with F5 administration or other load balancing tools.Exposure to containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Why Join Us?
