As a member of the Board of Advisors, you will:

• Collaborate with our founding team on AI systems design, scalability, and enterprise integrations.
• Validate and refine go-to-market strategy for mid-market and enterprise adoption.
• Leverage your network and expertise to shape our fundraising and investor narrative.
• Provide critical feedback on product-market fit, technical direction, and early customer engagement.
• Participate in quarterly strategic sessions to guide long‑term category leadership.

• Engineering leaders, founders, or senior operators from top‑tier SaaS or technology firms (e.g., Google, AWS, Salesforce, Meta).
• Former founders who have successfully exited or scaled transformational technology ventures.
• Experts in AI infrastructure, automation, or enterprise software scalability.
• Strategic thinkers who can translate technical innovation into commercial outcomes.
• Well‑connected leaders within the venture, enterprise, or technical ecosystems.

• 0.5% equity grant with standard advisory vesting
• Equity‑only position (no cash compensation)
