Job Description:

  • Base
    24 EPS working experience - UI & Dalci
  • Good Knowledge of TCP/IP, SSL, XPNET & networking
  • Tandem working experience - develop new & fine-tune existing TACL macros/routines, Batchcom, FUP, DDL, EMS
  • Knowledge on ATM, POS, ECOM, FHM transactions flow
  • Knowledge on Atalla HSM & commands
  • Knowledge on Golden Gate ER
  • Oracle/SQL Database querying skill
  • ISO 8583 message 87 & 93 version
  • Knowledge on PCI compliance
  • Design, implementation & testing knowledge for supporting onboarding of new customers & other project testing
  • Understanding of EMV cards & tokenization transactions
  • Good understanding of Transaction Authentication (Keys, Cryptography) and Chip Card Issuance
  • Problem-solving/analytical skills to troubleshoot production issues & customer-initiated work orders
  • Written & spoken English
  • Production & UAT environment working experience
  • Attend client meetings
  • On-call support
  • Attending TRTs
  • Using Remedy & ALM tool

    • Expectations around support timings:

  • On-call support will be every alternate week & assigned Project/Testing/Production support work should be done in between weeks.
  • On-call will be for 12 hrs, continuous 7 days including Saturday & Sunday with flexible work, only when production issue/TRT comes through Pager or PING from Operations Service Desk & when there is a CRQ or work order & timing will be from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST.
